Everyone wants fitness but it is money that always gets in the way. We can't see the forest for the trees probably because the trees are green, and we sacrifice our health to get it. Because the dollar can bring us comfort and pay for our pills, we are too weak to overcome this mountain that we have built for ourselves. Therefore, this problem must have a solution, and someone cohesive and knowledgeable to solve and direct it. Fitness is in a whole new category and the approach should be different also. Evolving has short-changed us and fitness is no longer a requirement of happiness because now it is found in the things we buy. Ones body type, blood type, and age have much to do with what you do. How you do your exercise also has an effect on your fitness. Breathing has a lot to do with your result in it, no matter what you are doing. Look for my book on breathing on this site. Sometimes you will have aches and pains. Sometimes you will be injured. You have to know how to fix yourself, have a good idea of the exercises which will help you. Artificial fixes block symptoms. They don't do anything else, plus they keep you away from being in touch with your body.

Will. Will is what produces fitness. Without it there can be no fitness. It is the reason why we have had huge problems with fitness. Laziness takes over. Therefore, the things logical to do are exercise Where will is rewarded. The time and effort spent is efficient.
